Formed and helped invest multiple billion + funds and dozens of related investment partnerships in both public and private companies.  Worked extensively with other private equity and investment groups evaluating, structuring and managing complex national and international transactions. Particular investment areas included technology hardware/software, for profit education, real estate services and financial services.

Founder/CEO Tri-Valley Capital
Directed investments/equity positions in early stage technology companies in the Tri-Valley/broader Bay Area including AEye, KalpTree, VivaLnk, Startup Genius,Trusted Insights,, etc.
Operated Innovate Pleasanton as a 30k sqft coworking facility for dozens of Tri-Valley startup companies.
Numerous active Board/Advisory roles including Board member Lawrence Livermore National Lab Industrial Partnership Office.  

Greg lives in Pleasanton with his wife (who has spent the last 20+ years as a news anchor/reporter covering the Tri-Valley and broader Bay Area) and their 3 children Taylor (Foothill HS), Kendall (Hart MS) and Cameron (Lydiksen).  In addition to serving on several Tri-Valley Community organizations, Greg’s free time is spent as an aspiring amateur coach for his children’s latest sports endeavors.  Two red labs, a cat, 4 rabbits, a tortoise and various small reptiles complete the home zoo.
